The objective of the project is to assist the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Forestry to undertake a business plan for Ndonga Linena Green Scheme Irrigation Project and for implementation of the pro- ject. The farm, 4000ha in extent is located in the Kavango Region of Namibia. The scope of work in this assignment involved the following duties:

• Designing a cropping program
•  Undertake human resources planning for the farm
•  Do financial planning
• Assist the farm with sourcing working capital
• Offer business consultancy services on an ongoing basis.
